Come as you are—breathe, move, and reconnect. My yoga offerings are designed to create space for stillness, healing, and presence. Whether you're joining a gentle flow, sinking into restorative yoga, experiencing deep rest through Yoga Nidra, or receiving the calming vibrations of a sound bath, each session invites you to slow down and return to yourself.

Group classes, private sessions, pop-up events, and wellness collaborations are available. All levels welcome—no experience needed.

Yoga Classes

Beginners Flow
A gentle, supportive class that blends breath and movement at an easy pace. Perfect for those new to yoga or returning to their practice.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra
Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” this deeply restorative guided meditation invites you into a state of profound rest and inner awareness. As you rest comfortably, you’ll be gently guided beyond the thinking mind into a space of stillness, where the body softens, tension releases, and the nervous system resets.

This practice supports deep restoration—leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.

Forest Therapy

Step into a slower rhythm and reconnect with the natural world. These guided Forest Therapy experiences invite you on a journey—both outward into nature and inward into yourself.

Through mindful walking, gentle sensory awareness, and intentional pauses, you’ll be supported in releasing stress, clearing the mind, and restoring a sense of balance and ease.

Sound Bowls
