Whether you're joining a gentle flow, sinking into restorative yoga, experiencing deep rest through Yoga Nidra, or receiving the calming vibrations of a sound bath, each session invites you to slow down and return to yourself.

Group classes, private sessions, pop-up events, and wellness collaborations are available. All levels welcome—no experience needed.

Beginners Flow

Yoga Nidra & Sound Bowls

Yoga Nidra
Often called “yogic sleep,” this guided meditation takes you into a deep state of rest and inner awareness. Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra helps quiet the mind, release tension, and reset the nervous system—no movement required. Ideal for stress relief, better sleep, and emotional healing.

Sound Bowls
Experience the calming vibrations of crystal sound bowls as they wash over you, helping to reduce stress, clear energetic blocks, and bring the body into balance. A sound bath is a meditative journey where you simply rest and receive.
